By signing up for the SAMsARA Wine Club, you agree to the terms and conditions below:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must live in a state where direct shipment is permitted by law. We do not ship to UT, AR, MS, DE, or RI. 
• By law, all wine deliveries require an adult signature and ID check. (There are pick-up locations, such as FedEx stores and Walgreens as a FedEx Partner, that can receive and hold the delivery, allowing you to pick up wines at your convenience and simply show the tracking number and an ID to pick up the wines.) 
• Your credit card will be charged 1-2 weeks before each wine club allocation. Where applicable, sales tax and any applicable shipping charges will be added. 
• Membership is free and you may cancel in writing or email anytime after four wine club allocations and at least 30 days prior to the next wine club allocation. Early cancellations will result in a $75 fee.
• SAMsARA will notify you via email prior to each wine club allocation and request that you contact us immediately if any changes to the order need to be made. If you are a shipping member, we ask that you contact us if you need to change your shipping address, put a vacation hold on your shipment, or wish to pick it up at one of our tasting rooms. If a package is returned to SAMsARA due to a signature issue or the failure to notify SAMsARA of an address change, it may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
