Production notes
Grapes were hand farmed from Shrokrian Vineyards and was the last fruit picked of the season and were harvested at 30 Brix. Grapes were foot-stomped and rested on the skins overnight before pressing. Barrel aged in 50% new French oak for 22 months with no racking until bottling. 42g/L residual sugar.
