SAMsARA's Chardonnay from Zotovich Vineyard is a bright, zesty, mineral-rich example of Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay. The nose bursts with fruit - kiwi, key lime, and grapefruit and has a wonderful sea spray quality. On the palate this wine is textural, with racy acidity that rounds out on the finish like a bite of key lime pie; it starts with tart fruit and finishes with a soft creaminess.
